Anchoiade (Anchovy spread or dip)


Salted Anchovies in oil
200 Grams
(7.1 oz)
Lemon (juiced)
Garlic (minced)
50 Grams
(1.8 oz)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
a pinch
Olive Oil
100 Grams
(3.5 oz)

Preparation mode:

  1. Rinse the anchovies under cold water, drain well.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until you get a paste.

Enjoy with bread
