Gorges du Gardon by via ferrata

From the 3rd of July, take a trip down this gorgeous river flow the ‘Gorges du Gardon’. Pack a light bag, and head on down! Admissions under reservations, for 35 euros.

Jazz Festival in Blauzac

The 8th edition of the Blauzac Jazz festival will take place from July 5-7, 2019. While tickets may be sold out, if you come early, they apparently can squeeze in a few more people (between 20-30). Where: Place de l’Eglise at 8:45 PM.

The Pont du Gard by night

The Pont du Gard is an emblematic key of the region, throughout the month you can go and explore this natural park, picnic there and attend the light show that occurs at nightfall (around 9:30 PM). The entrance fee of the park is at 5 euros from 8 PM

Tour de France

The Tour de France is making its way to our famous Pont du Gard. From 10:25 AM, the famous Tour de France van will be on the bridge. You can grab some drinks, friends, a hat and head on to the Pont Du Gard to see the cyclists off on this phase of their journey. You’ll catch us at the Arpaillargues village’s Café de l’Universe the 23rd of July cheering the cyclist riding by on their way to the Pont du Gard via Uzès.

Festival d’Avignon

The 73rd edition of the Festival d’Avignon kicks off this July, running from July 4-23. 43 different shows are on the roster this year for almost 400 shows. The city will be packed and the festivities will be eclectic and exciting!

Festival Off

Can’t find tickets to the main festival in Avignon, you are sure to find something to see with the festival OFF d’Avignon. You’ll often find cast members out and about encouraging you to come and watch their shows. This “side” festival has been running now for more than 52 years and draws as much of a crowd as the main festival. Running from July 5th to the 28th of July.

Nocturnal markets of Avignon’s producers

An evening producers market is on now every Monday till October 21st from  5 pm till 10 pm in Avignon. A chance to pick up the freshest regional and local delicacies from Avignon and the surrounding region. Straight from the farms to you.

When: Mondays from April 1st till October 21st, Every Monday from 5 pm till 9 pm.


Festival of Nîmes

Get a chance to party and mingle with some of the best! Lenny Kravitz, Indochina and Jamiroquai will be making an appearance in this summertime party. Running until the 20th of July.

Jeudi de  Nîmes

Every Thursday for the next few weeks, head down in the streets of Nimes and get an eclectic rendezvous with some of the cities artists, painters, flamenco, blues and jazz musicians…
