A Virtual Cooking Classes - It's time for French Tapas Provencal style

The apéro is a sacred French ritual that comes before dinner. Once just a pre-dinner drink, it has now become just as important as the meal itself and sometimes even replaces it. Join us for another one of our virtual cooking class where we’ll be exploring some simple additions you can make to your next cocktail party. You’ll take part in a hands-on, 2-day interactive virtual cooking course with chef Eric as your guide to not only cooking but also to the history of French cuisine. All this from the comfort of your home.

If you can’t join us for both days, you have the option of registering for just 1 day. You will receive recipes for whichever date you book.

Class Duration: 2 consecutive days of an interactive Zoom sessions. Time required per lesson 1.5-2.5 hours
Price of full 2-day course: 120€/participant*
Price per class: 65€/participant*
Number of Participants: 6 maximum

*Number of participants refers to the number of individual connections to our zoom session. You can be multiple people in the same kitchen but we ask that you try not to be more than 2 people as much for your own benefit as for your chef-instructor.

Number of recipes: 10 recipes
Average Food Cost: About 30-40 euros and assumes that you have some basic ingredients available in your kitchen (Sugar, Flour, Eggs . . .)

“C’est l’heure de l’apéro. Direction chez vous” – It’s apéro time. Let’s head to your place. In this 2-course (2 days) virtual cooking class series, Chef Eric will present you several tastebud-tempting recipes to enjoy at your next cocktail hour. A Mediterranean mix of French tapas.

The RECIPES:

Day 1 Falafel (simple pre-class prep required), Panisses of Marseille (batter preparation for Day 2), Green & Black Tapenade, Sardine Club Sandwich, Pissaladière Dough (to be used on Day 2), Brandade de Nîmes – Class Duration: 2.5 hours

Day 2 Fry the Panisses, Finish the Sardine Club Sandwich, Sardines Marinés (Marinated Sardines), Pissaladière Classique, Goat Cheese & Herbs Dip – Class Duration: 1.5 hours

Note: We, of course, prefer that you attend both classes LIVE. But if you are unable to attend the LIVE class, you can also watch the recording so that you may follow along on your own. You can always email the chef to ask your questions.

It is possible to book 1 of the 2 days of this course. Recordings will be made of each class session & will be provided to you for any class(es) which you booked. If you purchase the full course but can only attend one live session, you will have the video for the full course made available to you so you can see whatever you missed. The link to download the recording will be available for you for up to 2 weeks after the class date.
