They call it the black diamond (Tuber melanosporum) or the black truffle and in honor of Uzès’s fête de la truffe, we are delighted to offer you a special truffle cooking workshop centered around this delectable & decadent, mushroom.
Come and learn to prepare 4-6 dishes featuring local truffles from Uzès as part of the 8-course tasting menu. Each course from amuse bouche to the dessert will be expertly paired and explained to you by our sommelier. We will sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor over lunch.
After lunch, we will visit a local truffle farmer for the “cavage” (truffle hunt), to learn about how truffles are grown and harvested.
