Spend a delightful evening with our chef and sommelier who will whip up delectable tasting plates, expertly paired with fine French wines. In keeping with the theme of our school, be prepared to taste the best of the south with fresh, seasonal local products to invite you into French food and wine culture.
No dishes & no mess to worry about – this is an evening where you get to sit back and watch the magic happen while picking up skills and guidelines about French wine and food pairing that you will be sure to use in the future.
The class is limited to 8 participants and the ambiance is convivial and inviting. This is an opportunity to get behind the scenes and observe the chef at work as well as an occasion to ask questions to help increase your food & wine knowledge.
