3-day Bread Master Class with chef Eric Fraudeau
Want to bring better bread home? Join a 3-day workshop on bread-making at Cook’n with Clas Uzès. Each day will be filled with numerous bread recipes as well as techniques and plenty of hands-on application. The sessions run from 8:30 am till 2:00 pm and a light lunch is included. You will walk away a full repetoire of great tested bread recipes and plenty of bread-making knowledge. 350€/person for the full 3 days. Limited spaces available.
Olive en Fête 2019
Learn everything you ever wanted to know about Olive trees. A producers market will take place on the Place aux Herbes in Uzès, on April 14th celebrating one of the biggest symbols of the south of France and the Mediterranean diet! Balades insolites dans les gorges du Gardon
Guided walking tour, in French, of the Gardon river and its banks. A chance to discover the local fauna & flora. While the tourist office lists this as happening every Saturday from 9-12, the official site has listed it as Sundays from April 7th through November 24th from 9 am till 12 pm. Garrigues en Fête
Spend Easter weekend at France’s second most visited site – the Pont du Gard. The 17th edition of the festival of the Garrigues is open to the public with its workshops, local market (think strawberries, olive oil, and more), and musical fanfare for all ages. May we be blessed with sunshine on these two days of fun, April 21st and 22nd.

Dessiner au coeur des collections au muée Calvet
drawing amongst the artworks of the Calvet museum in Avignon. Every 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month from 3pm – 5 pm, come armed with your pencils and pads and be inspired by the works around you. Every Monday from April 1st till October 21st from 5 pm till 7 pm, the city of Avignon bring you over 20 producers selling seasonal produce from the Barhelasse Island, Avignon and greater Avignon area.
