Chef Eric Fraudeau shares his years of experience in fun, informative classes offering great food, wine and culinary techniques in Provence. With market visits, French wine & French cheese tasting and hands-on cookery classes including French Dessert making, you will be sure to take away from your visit to France and the Uzège (known fondly as the Gard-Provencal), long-lasting memories and wonderful recipes.
Our French cooking classes in Provence are kept small so that each student can have a hands-on experience with the attention of the chef to guide you and answer your questions. Be prepared to be entertained as chef Eric animates his class to bring fun into the learning experience.
Generosity is our motto and hospitality is our forte. All our classes include a traditional French apéritif. Our classes run from 2-6 hours. Discounts are offered after your first class with us at either our Uzès school or in Paris.
